The Space
This historic 100-year-old property is newly renovated and offers 4,200 SF of premium office space. Tucked in picturesque Larchmont Village — the commercial district of prestigious Hancock Park — the area is known for its small town feel, unique restaurants and cafes, and a variety of boutique shopping establishments. The centrally-located building is just south of Melrose Avenue, a stone’s throw from Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Silverlake, Koreatown, The Grove, West 3rd Street, and a number of active film Studios.
